HOPE clients may be self-referred, or may come at the suggestion of a pastor, insurance company, physician, loved one, former client, teacher, or friend.   • Empowering individuals who have been identified as sex offenders with the necessary tools to recover from a life of crime and punishment. Programs and services modeled after the SOARS curriculum.
